Girls Who Bite Review

For bad girls looking for love . . . fangs are more than an accessory.

These are no Twilight tales — the stories in Girls Who Bite are varied, unexpected, and soul-scorching. Best-selling romance writer Delilah Devlin and her contributors investigate vampire myths from around the world, and add fresh girl-on-girl blood to the pantheon of the paranormal.

When the opportunity arose to review Girls Who Bite, I was a little hesitant because it doesn’t fall under the genre that I normally read or write.  But I thought, “what the hell, I need to experience different things,” so I volunteered to read/review Girls Who Bite.  Am I ever glad I did.

This anthology is packed full of sexy female vamps that are sure to get anyone’s blood boiling.  The ride between the covers of this fabulous book is a sexy, sensual journey you should not miss.  From the entirely too delicious vamp in the Night At The Wax Museum to the bad-ass in Dark Guard, the authors do a fabulous job of bringing the reader into the stories and making them feel part of what is going on.  It’s not all just about steamy, hot sex and blood drinkers, however.  Love is abound within each story on some level.  Vampires who experience fresh new love to those who have dealt with decades of longing and loving.

Girls Who Bite was put together incredibly well and all the stories, although each different, flowed together nicely and were very intriguing!  This anthology had me wanting more and turned me on to a whole new genre!  I definitely had a hard time putting this book down.

I am giving Girls Who Bite a 4 out of 5 stars!  I highly enjoyed this read and recommend it anyone, whether you are familiar with lesbian erotica (paranormal or not) or have never once even glimpsed the cover of this genre.  It is a great read.

Happy Reading!

Ava Riley
